This recipe will begin my super quick cook series, at Leigh Carter Personal Training Milton Keynes we understand that time is sometimes limited and cooking for an hour is simply not an option. We like to off super quick cook solutions to these problems that are nutritionally dense and low in calories. In my house we are always limited on time when cooking so this recipe is a staple and the amount shown will last for a couple of days, for lunches and snacks. As a personal trainer it is very important to me to empathize with my clients lifestyles and adapt a healthy approach to them, so that they can get the right foods and the right exercise on there time. If your spending your week doing pushups, burpees, squats and lunges then don’t get caught without the right food. If your pushed for time don’t depend on junk food when you could have this prepared, cooked and on your plate in 15-20 minutes, you will then also have enough food for the next few meals. Broccoli Pasta is an awesome healthy alternative to its evil italian counterpart.
- 1 bag Broccoli Slaw
- 1 jar low sugar low fat sauce
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- Place de fatted chicken breast in food processor and mix for 5-8 seconds until it looks a little like beef mince
- Place all ingredients in pot
- Cook for 15-20 mins or until until chicken is cooked and broccoli is a little soft
