Chicken Coconut Balls

Eating well goes hand in hand with your fitness training, being prepared for the week ahead with protein packed meals is your best way to avoid any nutritional failures. Your strength, fitness and general health can not be achieved by exercise alone. A diet rich in nutritional vegetables and complete lean proteins makes up the most part of how your body looks and works. Every sunday should be a cooking day, so that you are stocked up for the week and ready for anything. This recipe for coconut chicken balls is great for your weekly prep, once you have cooked them they can stay in the fridge for the week, helping you get through all those squats, pushups, lunges and killer burpees.

Chicken Coconut Balls


  • 1.5 pounds chicken breasts
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 handfull cilantro


  1. Place all ingredients on the food processor and blend until smooth
  2. Roll into 24 balls
  3. Cook in skillet with olive oil or coconut oil
