This is my wife’s quick tasty recipe for hummus. Tasty in wraps with chicken and chopped crispy veggies, spread on your chicken burger or simply as a delicious dip.


  • 19oz tin unsalted chickpeas, drained
  • 1/3 cup of chickpea water
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup good organic tahini
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • Handful of parsley
  • salt & pepper to taste


Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth mixture. Store in fridge.
