This is my wife’s quick tasty recipe for hummus. Tasty in wraps with chicken and chopped crispy veggies, spread on your chicken burger or simply as a delicious dip.
- 19oz tin unsalted chickpeas, drained
- 1/3 cup of chickpea water
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup good organic tahini
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- Handful of parsley
- salt & pepper to taste
Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth mixture. Store in fridge.
