Tequila, soda water and a squeeze of lime :

The lowest calorie and in my opinion the winner !

In my opinion this drink should be made in a large glass (pint), one shot of tequila and a squeeze of lime and fill to the top with ice cold soda water. It’s the lowest of all the calorie drinks and is derived from a plant not a grain. Served in a large glass it takes a while to drink helping you avoid over drinking and hydrates more than most.

Wine : Nature’s Elixir

Wine has long been celebrated for its potential health benefits, particularly red wine. Rich in antioxidants, such as resveratrol, it may contribute to heart health and reduced oxidative stress when consumed in moderation.
