Hi, I’m Leigh. I’m the Founder, Head Coach and primary personal trainer in Milton Keynes here at anybody gym.
Unlike a lot of fitness experts I wasn’t a great athlete at school. Picked last for sports teams, tall and skinny with no interest in fitness whatsoever.
After leaving school my lack of interest in sport and fitness caused me a lot of health problems. I decided enough was enough and tried to lose weight. I tried every diet out there with no success.
After trying some basic exercises and gym routines I started to see results and quickly became a fitness buff. That’s when I knew I enjoyed staying fit and decided to become a fitness instructor for both men and women.
Today, I’m a healthy weight with great functional strength and normal balanced diet that helps me exercise the way I want to. Let me help you achieve your goals, and get the body you want.
