Our approach
For anybody with any body
For anybody with any body
Personal training in Milton Keynes at anybodygym will guide and equip people with the knowledge to achieve their health and fitness goals through nutrition, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness training. This will afford them to indulge in the finer things in life while maintaining a healthy and fit lifestyle.
At anybodygym we pride ourselves on result-based training. We begin with a comprehensive health assessment to evaluate our client’s current levels of fitness. Indicators of blood pressure, resting heart rate, weight, body fat are measured and any pre-existing medical conditions are considered. A base line fitness is measured so that progress can always be measured.
Next is a biomechanical assessment, this will evaluate a client’s strength, flexibility and movement patterns and key factors to the design of a customised treatment and fitness programme. Finally a dietary survey will be made and a nutritional plan will be drawn up to enhance the results of the functional health and fitness programme. Once the assessments are conducted a comprehensive training plan is formulated.
Personal training in Milton Keynes at our anybodygym classes begin immediately thereafter, and continue on average three times weekly depending upon the needs, availability and goals of each client. Once improvements in strength, flexibility and endurance are realised, progressions are incorporated and the intensity/complexity of the exercise are increased in a safe and sustainable manner. All aspects of the training will be measured so the client can always see their progress. Above all, training is made fun and will be tailored to the clients specific likes and dislikes so that training is pleasurable and effective.
Give 100% all the time. Some days are easier than others. When you have little energy give 100% of whatever energy you do have. Live and work to your maximum potential and great things will happen!
A clean and balanced diet is an integral part of achieving weight and/or health goals and a great way to prevent disease. Eating clean 80% of the time allows for a little indulgence now and then.
Building lean, functional muscle improves physical performance and reduces body fat. The ratio of lean muscle to fat that the body is carrying is a more accurate indicator of overall health than total body weight.
Improved cardiovascular conditioning increases energy and stamina during workouts and the day. Cardiovascular training is essential to maintaining health measures and overall quality of life.
It is imperative to start each day with a goal that you believe you can achieve and the desire to achieve it.
Improving and maintaining full range of motion and muscle co-ordination as we age reduces the risk of injury.
Making small changes and doing them consistently ensures success. Little changes are easy to commit to.
Living a balanced lifestyle is the most important thing we can do to ensure long-term health and to maintain happiness.
